Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of StudioJD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

StudioJD provides bespoke design services including brand identity, web design, graphic design, and ongoing design support. The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in individual project proposals and agreements.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Provide all necessary materials, content, and assets as outlined in the project scope
• Communicate any concerns or changes in requirements promptly

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit is typically required before work commences
• Final payment is due upon project completion or as specified in the agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the final deliverables as specified in your project agreement. However:

• StudioJD retains ownership of preliminary designs, concepts, and drafts
• StudioJD reserves the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, etc.) are subject to their respective licenses
• Any custom code or frameworks may be reused in other projects

Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Significant changes to project scope will require a new proposal and additional fees.

Project Timeline

We strive to meet all agreed deadlines. However, timelines may be affected by delays in client feedback, provision of materials, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any potential delays as soon as possible.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date, plus any non-refundable expenses incurred.

Limitation of Liability

StudioJD's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
