StudioJD provides bespoke design services including brand identity, web design, graphic design, and ongoing design support. The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in individual project proposals and agreements.

Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the final deliverables as specified in your project agreement. However:
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Significant changes to project scope will require a new proposal and additional fees.
We strive to meet all agreed deadlines. However, timelines may be affected by delays in client feedback, provision of materials, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any potential delays as soon as possible.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date, plus any non-refundable expenses incurred.
StudioJD's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
